Vynikající káva, bez kyselosti, ani příliš do čokolády a bahna, přesto s unikátní výraznou chutí.
Nejlepší čajová směs, jakou jsem kdy pila. Vyvážené chutě surovin, které netřeba jakkoliv doupravit.
Drip coffee, also known as filter or pour-over coffee, is a method of preparing coffee that differs from conventional methods such as espresso. This technique consists of manually pouring hot water over the coffee beans, which are placed in a special filter. This process allows for precise control over the speed and even distribution of water through the ground coffee, resulting in a richer flavor and aroma.
There are several reasons why you should consider drip coffee as your preferred brewing method:
1. Choose the best grains.
If you want the best filtered coffee ( who wouldn't, right? ), you can't do it without great coffee. Always go for freshly roasted beans that are intended for the filter.
Our filter baristas are currently recommending Ethiopia Bombe Anaerobní and El Salvador Divisadero Natural .
2. Heat the water.
Heat the water to around 93-96°C. Use good quality water, ideally filtered.
3. Grinding coffee.
Grind fresh coffee beans to a medium coarseness. Use a kitchen scale or spoon to measure the optimal amount of coffee. We traditionally recommend 7 grams of coffee per 100 ml of water.
4. Prepare the filter.
Now it's time to insert the coffee filter into your dripper of choice (such as a V60 or Chemex ) and fill it with hot water. This will remove the papery taste while also preheating your chosen tool.
5. Let's get down to business (that is, filtered coffee).
Add the measured amount of coffee.
Pour some hot water over the ground coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds. Then slowly and evenly pour the rest of the hot water over the coffee.
6. Pour and enjoy.
Pour freshly prepared coffee into your favorite cup and enjoy the rich taste and aroma.
Enjoy every sip of your barista work. You deserve it!
