1. Returns

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. If the subject of the contract is multiple types of goods or deliveries in several parts, the withdrawal period runs from the day of receiving the last delivery.

1.1 Goods that cannot be returned

In accordance with Section 1837 of the Civil Code, the following cannot be returned:

Food products subject to rapid deterioration, as well as food delivered in sealed packaging which has been unsealed or opened by the consumer after delivery and which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, cannot be returned.

The consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling the goods in a way other than what is necessary to become familiar with their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Goods that have been customized according to the customer’s request.

1.2 Goods that can be returned

If you have ordered coffee and tea accessories (e.g., cups, kettles, drippers) and wish to return them, you may do so within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The goods must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

After receiving and inspecting the goods, the purchase price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the original payment.

In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".

In your email inbox, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.

Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.

Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.

If the order contains multiple items, select the items you want to return.

Select the reason for the return and add a note to the store.

Click "Request return".

2. Complaints (Warranty Claims)

The consumer may exercise rights arising from defective performance if the defect appears within two years from the receipt of the goods.

2.1 How to proceed with a complaint?

Contact us at hello@labohemecafe.cz and send us the completed complaint form, which you can download HERE.

After agreement, please send the claimed goods together with a copy of the invoice.

We will handle the complaint within the statutory 30-day period.

If the complaint is accepted, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

In the case of a justified complaint, we cover reasonably incurred costs associated with the complaint process, including reasonable shipping costs. It is necessary to also provide the original proof of shipping payment. To reimburse shipping costs, it is required to include a bank account number in the complaint form where the payment should be sent. Please do not send goods cash on delivery; such complaints will not be accepted.

📌 Note: Complaints cannot be applied to normal wear and tear or improper handling of goods.
