Mauricio is a renowned name in the world of fine coffee. His Villa Galicia and Divisadero farms are located at an altitude of over 1,500 meters, where natural conditions are perfectly suited to growing exceptional coffee. Volcanic and clay soil, organic processing and careful hand-picking ensure that each bean is of the highest quality.

The Villa Galicia farm grows a red Bourbon variety, which undergoes extended fermentation and is then dried on so-called African beds. This process contributes to a balanced and clean taste, combining sweetness with subtle fruity notes. Mauricio also uses environmentally friendly practices, such as rainwater to remove the coffee husks.
