Born in the heart of Sidama

The coffee comes from smallholder farmers in the village of Hamasho Kebena in the Sidamo region. This batch is processed at the Adnan Washing Station, part of the Testi Coffee family-owned mill network, committed to transparency and quality. The cherries are hand-picked at an altitude of over 2,200m above sea level and carefully dried on raised beds under the Sidamo sun. The result is a coffee that reflects Testi Coffee’s commitment to supporting local communities, traceability and sustainable agriculture. Each cup tells a story of meticulous craftsmanship and the indomitable spirit of the Ethiopian mountains.

A taste that tells its story

The natural processing at Adnan Station begins with a careful selection of cherries, where only fully ripe berries are hand-sorted and then slowly dried on raised beds for up to 25 days. This sensitive approach preserves the purity and sweetness of the coffee, while enhancing its fruity character. In the cup, vibrant notes of strawberry and ripe peach appear, complemented by a delicate milk chocolate finish - a harmonious reflection of the high-altitude Sidama terroir.
