White hot chocolate made from cocoa beans from the Dominican Republic.

In the production of white chocolate, the whole cocoa bean is not used, but only its most valuable part, cocoa butter, which is mixed with milk powder. Our white chocolate is made with cocoa butter from special beans called Sanchez, which are a specialty of the Dominican Republic. These beans are not fermented, but instead slowly dried in the sun. This makes the taste of these beans much more delicate and ideal for making white chocolate.

Ingredients: cocoa butter, cow's milk powder, sugar, corn starch, may contain traces of soy.

Preparation:

To prepare a serving, use 40 g of chocolate and 125 ml of milk, mix well and bring to the boil over low heat. Once the drink thickens, serve and enjoy the delicious taste. For absolute bliss, you can add biscuits or marshmallows.
