Job description

  • Communication with B2B and B2C customers
  • Management and provision of orders, resolution of complaints
  • Regular inventory of goods (retail, teas, coffee)
  • Communication with different departments of the company
  • Experience in shipping packages

We require:

  • Language skills: AJ/CZ
  • Experience with order management and customer service
  • Ability to perform inventories and handle complaints
  • Organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with different departments
  • Knowledge of programs: Pohoda, Storyous, Google Drive
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Multitasking
