Summer coffee refreshment: Coffee-based recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 shot of espresso
- 1/2 cup tonic water
- Ice cubes
- Lime slice for garnish
Procedure:
- Brew a shot of espresso and let it cool.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the tonic over ice.
- Slowly add the cooled espresso to the glass.
- Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 4 cups cold water
Procedure:
- Mix coffee and cold water in a large glass or pitcher.
- Mix thoroughly and cover. Leave to infuse in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
- Filter the coffee through a fine sieve or coffee filter.
- Serve over ice and enjoy! You can add milk, cream or sweetener to taste.

- You can add sugar syrup or honey to taste and mix everything.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and serve.
