
How to make the perfect autumn coffee at home: 3 recipes that will warm you up



Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree.
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves).
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- 250 ml of milk of your choice (cow's, almond, oat).
- 1 espresso (or 60 ml of strong coffee).
- Whipped cream and cinnamon for decoration (optional).

Procedure
- In a saucepan, heat the milk, pumpkin puree and spices over medium heat. Stir constantly to dissolve the puree well.
- Once the mixture is hot, remove it from the heat and add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the espresso into a glass and top it with the prepared milk mixture.
- If you like your latte extra sweet, you can add sugar or maple syrup to taste.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

- 1 shot of espresso.
- 150ml milk.
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon syrup.
- Ground cinnamon for sprinkling.
Preparation:
- Prepare the espresso and pour it into a mug.
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan and whisk it until foamy.
- Add cinnamon syrup or a mixture of honey and cinnamon to your coffee.
- Slowly pour the whipped milk into the coffee.
- Sprinkle the top of the drink with a little ground cinnamon.

- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
- 1 tablespoon of sugar or honey.
- 200ml milk.
- 1/2 teaspoon orange peel.
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the cocoa with sugar (or honey) and a little hot water to form a smooth paste.
- Prepare the espresso and add it to the cocoa mixture.
- Heat the milk in a saucepan and add the orange peel. Heat over medium heat until the milk starts to flow slightly.
- Pour milk into a mug with coffee and chocolate.
- Garnish with whipped cream and grated chocolate for extra sweetness.
