Moka pot - homemade coffee preparation

History of the Moka Pot
The Moka pot was invented in 1933 by Italian engineer Alfonso Bialetti, who wanted to create a way to make quality espresso at home. Its simple design uses steam and pressure to brew a strong cup of coffee. The pot quickly became a favorite in Italy and remains a symbol of Italian coffee culture to this day.

Method:
- Place the paper filter in the holder and rinse it with water. Then place it on the Aeropress and place it on the mug.
- Put the ground coffee into the Aeropress, then pour in 30 ml of water and mix thoroughly with the stirrer so that all the ground coffee is soaked.
- After about 20 seconds, slowly add the rest of the water to a total of 250 ml . And stir gently.
- Then insert the plunger and slowly push the drink into the cup using gentle pressure. Do not push all the way in, as this will cause the bitter foam to come out.
