Traditionally grown Matcha

The fundamental difference between Culinary matcha and Ceremonial matcha is not in their quality, but in the purpose for which the matcha is intended.

The so-called Culinary matcha is suitable for preparing cocktails, smoothies, cooking or preparing refreshing ice cream. Its basis is Matcha green tea leaves, which are grown according to traditional Japanese standards. As well as Ceremonial matcha, which is made from the youngest tea leaves, stripped of stems and veins, to achieve the smoothest taste and texture. It is suitable for direct drinking according to the traditional ritual during tea ceremonies or prepared directly at home or in your favorite cafe.
